Ingredients

* 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
* 2 cups ketchup
* 2 1/2 Tablespoons onion flakes
* 2 1/2 Tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 1/2 - 3 pounds chicken, cut into pieces

Spray the bottom of the baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake at 400 degrees F for one hour.
